Barry O’Donnell Appointed New Director of Actavo
Actavo has appointed Barry O’Donnell as Director of the leading international engineering solutions company. Working with Actavo’s senior management team, Barry will assist the business for future growth.
Barry joins the team from Paddy Power Betfair, where he acted as Head of Finance for PaddyPower.Com. His responsibilities included budgeting and planning, operational management and reporting, financial control and cost effectiveness. He also served as the Online Financial Controller for PaddyPower. Prior to this, Barry held the position of Group Finance – Manager with Anglo Irish Bank from 2004 to 2009.
Barry holds a Master of Accounting from UCD, Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having trained in the Banking and Capital Markets audit team in PricewaterhouseCoopers.www.actavo.com
