Chadwicks, Ireland’s leading supplier of builders’ and plumbers’ material to both trade and DIY customers, has officially unveiled its newly revamped branch on the Newbridge Road in Naas, County Kildare. Leinster rugby star and guest of honour for the day, Adam Byrne, Patrick Atkinson, CEO of Grafton Merchanting ROI, and Mick Monahan, Branch Manager, cut the ribbon and kicked off the celebrations.

Established in 1902, Chadwicks which is part of Grafton Merchanting ROI, has long been known as the ‘home of building materials’ in Ireland supplying doors and floors, insulation, energy saving products, plumbing and heating, landscaping, tools, paint, stoves, water conservation products.

The refurbishment of the Chadwicks branch in Naas is part of an ongoing nationwide brand refresh by Grafton Merchanting ROI which started last summer. This is the eighth branch to have undergone a refurbishment and five more Chadwicks branches are planned to be revamped by the end of 2019.

The fully upgraded branch in Naas promises an even better in-store experience for customers. A new layout, shelving, flooring, signage and counters have all been installed to enhance the shopping experience. Not only that, but a brand-new modern showroom has also been designed to showcase the latest trends on bathrooms, floors and doors.

There is now an even wider range of products to choose from and the highly trained team of 27 at the Naas branch are always on hand to advise on any building or DIY related queries. The expert team receives regular training on all the latest product innovations in the construction sector to ensure its customers stay on top of the latest trends in the industry.

Commenting on the opening, Mick Monahan, branch manager, said: “Visitors to the revamped branch can expect a new store layout and an expanded product range coupled with our unrivalled expertise and product knowledge. The revamped branch has been designed with our customers in mind and will now serve as the perfect space to showcase the most up to date trends in bathrooms, floors and doors.”
