An interesting ready-to-go mixed-use infill site in Clontarf is on the market for €4 million through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.
The seafront site at 59-60 Clontarf Road – right in the heart of Clontarf village – extends to 0.82 of an acre and has full planning permission for 19 residential units and a retail unit.
There is 26 metres of frontage to Clontarf Road while the site has also been cleared for development.Under the Dublin City Development Plan 2011–2017 the property is zoned Objective Z1 to “protect, provide and improve residential amenities”. The city centre is 4km from 59-60 Clontarf Road. Nearby transport links include the Port Tunnel, M1 and the M50 while the Dart at Clontarf Road is 600m to the east. A number of Dublin Bus routes service Clontarf Road.
