sisk-LogoThe Irish contractor company, Sisk, has been selected to construct a new 660,000sq ft waterfront development in Dublin’s docklands by the United States real estate firm, Kennedy Wilson.

According to a report in The Irish Times, Sisk will build the mixed-use complex on a 4.8 acre site overlooking the river Liffey at Grand Canal Dock.

The development is one of the largest Irish commercial property contracts in recent years.

The deal continues Sisk’s strong relationship with Kennedy Wilson, which entered the Irish market in 2011. It is Sisk’s fourth contract with the Los Angeles-based firm.

Three office buildings will be constructed on the site with the first building due to be completed in late 2017.

Sisk was founded in 1859. It is an international construction company. Sisk has been in the construction business for over 150 years.
