Dublin will get it’s major office block

Dublin’s major office block has been given to continue.

The €80 million Nama-funded Exo Building at the Point Village has been granted accreditation by Dublin City Council.

350 construction jobs will be create by that project. It is expected to be 73 meters tall, so significantly taller than any of the existing docklands offices built in recent years.

In contrast, Liberty Hall just off O’Connell Street is 59 meters tall, while the Montevetro Building owned by Google just off Grand Canal Dock is 67 meters163034_54_news_hub_144929_656x500.
