The ICW Group’s Showcase Awards recently honoured six outstanding construction companies in Northern Ireland, highlighting their remarkable achievements in building projects. Rodgers Construction secured the prestigious House of the Year title for its Riverside Park development, showcasing the region’s construction sector’s exceptional quality and innovation.

The awards, spanning four categories across eight UK regions, aimed to recognize projects with superior build quality and innovative construction methodologies. Northern Ireland’s winning companies include Lotus Homes for the Edenbrook project, Kevin Watson Construction for Beechmount Village, and three small category winners – Glenturas Construction, Armagh Construction, and Osborne Developments for Woodlands Avenue, Suffolk Road, and Ashgrove Heights, respectively.

Selected by ICW surveyors, each entry underwent meticulous evaluation through comprehensive surveys and site visits, focusing on all aspects of the construction process. The awards not only acknowledged aesthetic appeal but also highlighted distinctive designs, cutting-edge technology, and contemporary construction methods. Philip Quinn, the Director of Surveying Services at ICW Group, praised the builders and developers for their high skill level and meticulous attention to detail, emphasizing the awards’ crucial role in spotlighting industry excellence.

The ICW Showcase Awards not only celebrate current achievements but also set a gold standard for quality and innovation in the construction industry. Recognizing excellence is vital in promoting sustainable and innovative building practices, particularly in an evolving sector. The awards, by illuminating the winners, pave the way for future projects to push the boundaries of construction excellence, heralding an exciting era of development not only in Northern Ireland but also beyond its borders.
