Kirby Group in strategic alliance with Mott MacDonald

Irish-owned engineering services contractor Kirby Group has entered into a strategic alliance with Mott MacDonald, a UK-headquartered management, engineering and development consultancy.

Through the alliance, the companies will offer design services for construction projects involving energy transmission and distribution systems in Ireland.

Mott MacDonald will work with Kirby Group’s transmission and distribution systems division, which incorporates a team of 50 technicians carrying out electrical engineering works across a range of flagship projects in Ireland and abroad.

Kirby Group employs a total of over 600 staff with substantial operations in Dublin, Galway, Limerick, the UK and Europe. A further 250 people are employed by key subcontract partners.
