MMC Ireland to lead the MMC Stage at the National Construction Summit 2024
MMC Ireland, an industry organisation comprising over 60 member companies committed to promoting offsite and other modern methods of construction (MMC), has announced its involvement in the National Construction Summit 2024. As a co-located event, MMC Ireland will manage the MMC Stage, one of several, at the National Construction Summit, taking place on April 18th at the Blanchardstown Sports Campus in Dublin.
The National Construction Summit 2024 is a highly-anticipated event that brings together industry leaders, professionals, and innovators for a day of collaboration, education, and inspiration. With a focus on driving positive change in the construction sector, the summit is an opportunity to exchange ideas, explore groundbreaking technologies, and discuss the future of the industry.
Speaking about the collaboration, organiser Colin Murphy of Premier Publishing & Events says: “The growth of the National Construction Summit is testament to the industry’s drive for innovation in the industry. We are excited to be teaming up with MMC Ireland once again this year to run the MMC stage to showcase the incredible work being done by the MMC Ireland companies and the wider community.”
Key highlights of MMC Ireland’s participation include a dynamic programme that covers the latest MMC updates and a panel discussion with Board members Tony McLoughlin of Glenveagh and Ger Fahey of Etex.
The line-up includes presentations, panel discussions, and live demos from a number of construction innovators including; CPAC, Framespace, SIGA, O’Reilly Precast, and others. There will also be an exclusive fireside chat with Glenveagh’s Tony McLoughlin about the launch of Nua Manufacturing and their ambitions for housing delivery in 2024.
