Driven by a passion for machinery and a dedication to delivering exceptional results, McGarvey’s journey with M&N Civil Engineering began with a single machine and a vision for success. In response to the collapse of the Celtic Tiger era, M&N Civil Engineering expanded its horizons by securing contracts abroad, including a significant 14-month project with the Romanian government. These strategic endeavors not only sustained the company but also laid the foundation for future growth.
A pivotal moment came in 2011 when M&N Civil Engineering was approached by one of Ireland’s largest contractors for a data centre project. McGarvey recalls, “The project went so well that we continued to do nine phases on the data centre campus, which was a testament to our reliability and commitment to excellence.”
Over the years, M&N Civil Engineering has worked on a range of significant projects in Ireland, from data centres and commercial offices to retail and infrastructure projects.
