Tender published for M28 motorway linking Rochestown with Ringaskiddy

Cork County Council has published the tender for the motorway section of the M28 Cork to Ringaskiddy Project. The scheme, which forms part of the Core Trans‐European Transport Network will enable the strategic development of the Port of Cork’s facilities in Ringaskiddy whilst also supporting the economic development in the local area and nationally.

Plan for Dart extension to Maynooth gets green light

The long-anticipated extension of the DART service to Maynooth in County Kildare has officially been approved by An Bord Pleanála. This marks a significant milestone in the DART+ West project, which has been in the pipeline for over two years since Irish Rail first submitted its application.
