The Power and Energy Conference 2024 will take place at the Tower Hotel in the heart of Waterford City on June 13th, with the support of Gas Networks Ireland, BTY Group, Invesis, and ESB.

The third edition of this international industry event will explore opportunities to deliver energy security and sustainable economic development and connect the partnerships required to deliver a secure diversified energy system.

This B2B event brings together decision makers and innovators from companies across the supply chain that design, build, finance, and maintain power plants, grids, and enabling infrastructure.

Tangible business development prospects and a clear understanding of the economic benefits of a secure domestic supply of power and energy for consumers, businesses, and communities will be the key takeaways for delegates and speakers. Addressing potential challenges to those prospects will be covered including community engagement and relevant policies.

Industry leaders and key stakeholders participating in the discussions include speakers from Bank of Ireland, Bord na Móna, Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber, Greenlink Interconnector, Eastgate Engineering, Enerpower powered by Greenvolt, Global Maritime, Irving Oil, Ørsted, OwC, Pinsent Masons, Shannon Foynes Port, Sheridan Advisory Services, Sinn Fein, SSE, Stakelum Consultancy, Turner & Townsend, WLR FM, and Waterford Chamber.

A draft agenda will go live in May with key stakeholders and decision makers joining the discussion to be announced in the coming days.
