Product Range and Global Reach

Our process weighing LOAD CELLS and mounting assemblies (also called weigh modules) are supplied in capacities from 5kg up to 1000 tonnes (tons). Several of our products, including the LeverMount® and MasterMount® are patented designs, which allow fast and easy installation and replacement without specialist tools or jacks; this keeps installation costs to a minimum. Our mounting assemblies are designed in accordance with Eurocode 3 practices.

Some other examples of what sets us apart from the rest of the marketplace: options of special Anti-Corrosive load cell Parylene Coating (to provide additional protection in extreme environments where stress corrosion could occur in stainless steel) and High Temperature load cells for operation up to 150 degrees.

In addition to process weighing solutions, we have a very cost-effective range of high performance single point, bending beam and shear beam load cells that are ideally suited to platform scale and machinery manufacture. ATEX and IECEx approved load cells are available for all Gas Zones (0, 1, 2) and all Dust Zones (20, 21, 22) – some of our ATEX load cells do not require zener barriers for use in any Dust zone (20, 21, 22) – which saves a large amount of money.
