About Us

As a family run company, dedicated to caring for and supplying our customer’s needs, we started selling cheese from the back of an old van during the recession in the late 80’s. This, as a result of a slump in the engineering industry which put our previous business out of operation.

Not knowing a thing about cheese yet thinking that such a staple product should surely be able to provide us a living, we drove from Kent to Somerset to buy cheese from Maryland Farm with whom we still maintain a healthy relationship.

We now operate from the heart of rural Kent, supporting our local suppliers where possible.

Enough of us….. This site is dedicated to all our customers both old and new, providing them a high level of service with the aim of giving personal interest to each customer and their requirements, whether it is giving advice for cheese wedding cakes or quantities needed for any occasion.

Although always cheese specialists, a large proportion of our business is now centered around catering products and pre packed cheeses, cooked meats along with many other compatible products that have been request by customers over the years, prepared by our dedicated production team.
