We are committed to providing exceptional customer service by offering face-to-face advice centres in Sainsbury’s stores across the UK, giving customers the choice to visit us when it suits them most. Customers can talk to our in-store Retail Energy Experts to understand how they can save money on their energy bills and receive free practical energy saving advice on our products and services tailored to their energy needs. Plus, together with Nectar we’re also rewarding our customers with Nectar points on a range of our products and services.
