U+I, the specialist regeneration and property developer, has commenced construction activity on the Ballymoss House site in Sandyford, in partnership with local contractor Collen Construction. The site which will be rebranded as THE HIVE over the course of its development, will see over 73,000 sq. ft. of office space being re-imagined, with 117 parking spaces and a convenient location within five minutes of the Stillorgan Luas stop providing excellent transport links for prospective tenants.

Mark Richardson, U+I’s Director of Delivery, said: “We are delighted to have begun the main construction works on Ballymoss House as we re-imagine and refurbish this building, making it fit for 21st century commercial businesses. Ballymoss House is part of a pipeline of approximately a quarter of a million square feet of office space that we are currently developing in Dublin, with similarly exciting redevelopment works at Donnybrook House and Carrisbrook House in Dublin 4, all showcasing U+I’s commitment to the offices and workspaces of the future.”
